Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They just tap their phone on the card. If their phone doesn't have NFC, they scan the QR with the camera.
Does it work with iPhone?
Yes. iPhone and Android.
Does it need batteries? Can it break?
No batteries. It's a PVC card with a chip inside, nothing to wear out. With normal use it lasts 5 to 10 years.
I'm not good with tech. Do I have to do anything?
Nothing. I set it up at your business and leave it working. You just put it on the counter.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay for the card once and it's yours.
How much is the demo?

Is this the same as a QR review plaque?
It's a review card with a QR code, like the plaques, but it also has an NFC chip: customers just tap their phone, no camera needed. And if your link changes, the card stays the same.
Isn't this the same as printing my QR?
The card has a QR too. But tapping is faster than opening the camera. If your link ever changes, I update it so you don't reprint anything. And I can tell you how many times it was used.

Does this follow Google's rules?
Yes. The card invites all your customers equally to share how it went, from their own phone. It doesn't ask for 5 stars or offer anything in return. That's what Google allows.
Can I give a discount or gift for a review?
No. Google prohibits it and may remove those reviews or penalize your profile. Also, don't ask only happy customers: ask everyone. The card helps you do it right.
Does it work for Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp too?
Yes. There are Google, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp cards. Mix them in the Brote (2) or Florece (3) packages.
Do my customers need WhatsApp?
For the WhatsApp card, yes: it opens the app with your business chat. Almost everyone has it; if not, their phone offers to download it.
Will customers see my WhatsApp number?
Yes. The card opens a chat with your business number, just like if they had you saved. I recommend using WhatsApp Business.
Can it have my business logo?
